We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all our hosting plans. If you are dissatisfied with our services within the first 7 days of your subscription, you are eligible for refund.

Exclusions:

Please note that no refund will be issued if your service(s) are suspended or terminated for cause. Additionally, refunds are not applicable on domain registration fees.

Domain Charges Deduction:

If your hosting service includes a free domain name and you choose to cancel the hosting service, the standard domain charges (as per our website) will be deducted from the refund amount. The domain will remain active for 1 year from the cancellation date.

Cancellation Process:

To initiate the refund process, kindly submit a cancellation request through the client area on our website. Once the cancellation request is received, please allow 3-7 business working days for the refund process to be completed.

Post-7 Days Refund Policy:

Regrettably, if a refund is requested after the initial 7 days of your service, no refund will be initiated. We encourage our customers to thoroughly evaluate our services within the initial period to ensure they meet their requirements.

Refund Mode

  1. Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
  2. Payment Method:
    • If you made your payment via UPI (Unified Payments Interface), the refund will be initiated to the same UPI ID used for the original transaction.
    • If you made your payment using cryptocurrency, the refund will be issued in the same cryptocurrency to the wallet address provided during the purchase.
