Hostofic Refund Policy

Hostofic aims to provide high-quality hosting services and customer satisfaction. The following policy explains when refunds are available and the conditions that apply.

1. 7 Days Money Back Guarantee

Hostofic offers a 7-day money-back guarantee on hosting plans. Customers dissatisfied within the first seven days of a subscription may be eligible for a refund. Subscription renewals are non-refundable; once a subscription has been renewed, the payment is final and non-reversible.

2. Exclusions

No refund is issued when services are suspended or terminated for cause. Service charges are not refundable; only the eligible actual hosting price may qualify.

Domain registration fees are non-refundable. Renewal payments are non-refundable under any circumstances. If a domain is suspended for any reason, the domain purchase is not refundable. In particular, .in domains can be suspended because of KYC verification issues; in such cases the customer must wait for Hostofic's verification or reinstatement process.

3. Domain Charges Deduction

If a hosting service includes a free domain and the customer cancels the hosting service, the standard domain charge published on the website is deducted from the eligible refund. The domain remains active for one year from the cancellation date.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, submit the request through the Hostofic client area. After approval, the eligible amount is credited to the bank account within 3–7 working days.

5. Post-7 Days Refund Policy

Refund requests made after the initial seven days are not eligible for a refund. Customers are encouraged to evaluate the service during the initial guarantee period.

6. Communication

For concerns or questions regarding the Refund Policy, customers may contact Hostofic customer support.

7. Policy Updates

The Refund Policy may be updated periodically. Changes are communicated through official Hostofic channels.

8. Refund Mode

1. Refunds are processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
2. For UPI payments, the refund is initiated to the same UPI ID used for the original transaction.
3. For cryptocurrency payments, the refund is issued in the same cryptocurrency to the wallet address provided during purchase.

If a domain is suspended, no refund is issued for the domain purchase. For .in domains affected by KYC verification issues, customers must wait for the verification or reinstatement process.
